Young People Enquiry

We give free information, advice and support to children and young people (and their families) who live in Southend. If you don’t live in Southend, we can still help you to find someone who can help near to where you live.

If you would like to speak to us on the telephone or by sending an email, you can do this. You do not have to fill this form out to get in touch with us.

You do not have to tell anyone that you are contacting us, but if you want us to speak to your parent or carer with you or for you, you can ask us to do that.

We will try our very best to contact you as soon as possible. If you need help while you are waiting to speak to us, please speak to an adult at home, or an adult in your school or college if you can. If you think you are in danger please call 999 from any phone.

You don’t have to write anything here if you don’t want to. But you might want to tell us if you need help with reading or writing, or if you need help with understanding information, or if another language (not English) is mainly spoken in your home?

It helps us to help you if you can tell us why you are contacting us, what can we help you to do?

We will keep your information safe and will not share it with anyone unless you tell us we can.

You do not have to tell your parents or a carer you are speaking to us. We won’t tell them unless you tell us we can.

But if we think you need more help and to keep you safe, we might have to speak to someone, but we will always tell you if we need to do this.
