We are an Information, Advice and Support Service for families in Southend-on-Sea. If you live outside of this area, we will endeavour to direct you to the appropriate service, but this may increase the time it takes for you to receive the information you require.

If you have not contacted us before, or not for at least 6 months – please complete the contact form below as a first step. This will allow us to best respond to your enquiry.

If you are contacting us on behalf of a young person aged 16 or over, only complete this form if you have their permission to share their information with us.
